Risk Management
Assess risks correctly
Complex projects inevitably involve various risks. Their occurrence can jeopardize the achievement of objectives – or even lead to the premature termination of a project. LogistikPlan identifies potential project risks, evaluates them based on defined criteria, and proposes appropriate countermeasures.
Careful risk management includes the continuous assessment of events and developments
- that could hinder a company from successfully implementing its strategy (corporate risk management), or
- that could hinder a project from achieving its objectives (operational risk management). The latter is the focus of LogistikPlan within the management service area.
