- Based on the requirements catalogue or requirements specification, we work with you to define the project objectives and determine the success criteria.
- The project is structured according to technical, task-related, and commercial requirements.
- The project structure plan includes all framework data of the project in the form of work packages, deliverables, and milestones. On this basis, we develop the planning of processes, resources, quality, timelines, schedules, costs, finances, and milestones.
- The work packages are also derived from the project structure plan, and an effort estimation is carried out.
- Based on the results of the effort estimation, we define cost and schedule planning.
- Resource planning ensures optimal deployment of available personnel as well as operational and material resources.
